Blacksmith with Weapon Research lvl 10 does not get any 10% additional bonus in upgrading provided he/she can equip that armor that people once believes so.

• Buckler [1]          - 2 success to +5, 1 success +6, 1 fail attempting +5 = 3/4
  
• Manteau [1]        - 1 success to +6, 1 fail attempting +5                    = 1/2
  
• Chainmail [1]       - 2 fail attempting +6, 3 fail attempting +5                = 0/5
  
• Bone Helm           - 1 success to +5, 1 fail attempting +5                     = 1/2
  
• Hood [1]              - 1 success to +7, 1 fail attempting +5, 8 fail attempting +6,1 fail attempting +8                     = 1/11
