Yup jes & me are asian alright We are Chinese so Hokkien is one of the most popular of the many dialects that are used in where we are (Singapore).
Well Ramadan is for the fasting for the muslims (Religious believe of Islam). So jes & me are not fasting cos we are not muslims though it's common to have chinese Muslim here too. So am i confusing u more hehe
i cant help but think that was sum kinda stab at my religion, joke i fast like 12 hrs a day thi month, thats not usually how long it is but its starting to go into sumer so it may get longer . n fasting doesnt make u skinner infact, it will make u fatter if u fast for too long or dont eat enough. because ur body thinks ur starving so it starts to store more fat, so if for some reason u dont have any food in u it can use ur body as a food source... not a good feeling id sence... if ur getting fat try my diet, help me lose 80lb in 2 months... do not eat more then 20 net carbs a day, including a protain shack in morning and night. also take vitem multi mins/vit pills , n fibre stuff. u ganna need with the lack of fruit u cant eat. eat every 3 hrs, nothing too big. drink 8(oz) ruffly 3 litre of water a day, and at least every second day do 1 hr of running... o and make sure u have some kinda sweet/energy bar before working out, trust me, u passed out cause i burned too much cals that i didnt have in me. really good workout if ya want to lose fast.
Fasting is sure not an easy task, no food no drink, i know cos my brother a muslim too But i guess like you said, your's much tougher esp in summer that the day are longer. But this time round, should be better since it's winter time right? Do the day get shorter this time round
