This is to compliment the where to lvl Thread. Hit is very important factor influencing where to level cos if you miss too much, it wont be effective on pots & time (%xp per 30mins rule).
Hit is the value needed to hit a mob 100% of the time. Hit can be increase by
Dex
Base level
Weapon Research :- At lvl 10 also increase hit by 20 (Blacksmth Skill)
Equipment - Armor (Picky card Str +1, Hit+5), Weapon (Mummy card Hit +20), War Axe 1s (Dex+2, Luck +2)
Flee is the value needed to dodge a mob 95% of the time. Note: If the nos of the same mobs that are attacking you at one time, it will reduce the percentage of flee. Agi and base level influence flee rate.
