There is currently an OBB quest going on (as at 3/11/2004). I tried it yesterday. Got 2 OBBs, got a yellow pot and white herb from opening it
Quest starts in Alberta.
NPC: Traveller Location: Alberta. N-W near the Kafra. (The top corner just after the alley where the kaffra is) He needs: 1. 20 meat (exactly 20). 2. 20 Well Baked Cookies. Gives: password (Pandger Mayer introduced you). Sends you to Jacob in Morroc.
* Note : Be careful not to put the well Baked Cookies in first cos he took 40 cookies from me. He ate the 1st 20 of them
NPC: Jacob (with a young child) Location: Morroc. He's at the right side of the water in centre Moroc between some houses. He needs: 1. Password. 2. No Recipient.
*Note : When the child ask whether her dad is lying to him - remember to say no. Sends you to Old Creek in Comodo
NPC: Old Creek Location: Comodo. He's just in front of the entrance to the west dungeon standing in the water. He needs: 10 Brigans 15 Clam Shells
10 Crab shells 50 Cyfar
Result: 1 OBB.
Note : When he 1st ask tquestion, there are 3 options. I choose the seek wisdom as an answer. Then the next set of questions, choose boy/girl relation as your answer. After that just spam him till he gives you the OBB Quest. Repeat as much as u like after that

Note : The best place to hunt is Cmd_fld02 (Seal,Raggler,Galapago,Crab,Shellfish - you name they got it) , where you can get all drops from there It's a perfect place for my lvl 83 Battle BS as i gain 4% per awake (with 1% guild leech), that's pretty good. However, this place is not for low level. If you want to try hunt for it at low lvl, bring these :
The all important Hard ARmor (+700 hp)
The strongest Fire elemental single handed weapon (lvl 3 weapon strongly recommended) you got combine with a Brutal Guard/Shield/Buckler - for Raggler,Galapago
The strongest Wind elemental single handed weapon you got (lvl 3 weapon strongly recommended) combine with a Brutal Guard/Shield/Buckler - for Seal
For high lvl people only (78 & above) - Any strongest single handed elemental or envenom (20% dmg to Poison property) weapons with Cranial Guard/Buckler/ Shield - for Mobster (drop 1s Ring )
My Advice is do this quest now, you never know when they decide to remove it
